Saint James School was founded in 1842 as a coeducational Episcopal school. The 100-acre campus is surrounded by 700 acres of farmland and is located 5 miles from Hagerstown, Maryland and 70 miles from Baltimore, Maryland. Saint James is home to FAB Labs, an initiative of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where anyone can turn an idea into a product. Outside of school hours, boarding students can hang out in the common room to relax, participate in school-sponsored classes that take place 5 days a week, or go on field trips on the weekends.
