Spring Street International School

Spring Street International School là trường dự bị đại học dành cho cả nam và nữ, đào tạo học sinh từ lớp 6-12, tọa lạc tại thị trấn Friday Harbor, Washington, trên đảo San Juan, cách Seattle khoảng 3 giờ lái xe. Trường có khuôn viên rộng tới 8000m2, bao gồm 9 phòng học, phòng thí nghiệm khoa học, một studio nghệ thuật mới và hội trường rộng 5.000m2. Spring Street International School là nơi tạo nên những nhà lãnh đạo tài ba, những cá nhân năng động và ham học hỏi thông qua chương trình giảng dạy kết hợp giữa học thuật nâng cao và thực hành trong một môi trường an toàn, sáng tạo. Trường cung cấp hơn 45 khóa học bao gồm các bộ môn khoa học tự nhiên, khoa học xã hội, ESL và các khóa học nâng cao, các môn nghệ thuật khác… Ngoài các môn thể thao ngoài giờ, Spring Street International School còn tổ chức nhiều chuyến đi trải nghiệm thực tế cho học sinh.

Spring Street cung cấp nhiều chương trình ngoại khóa đa dạng với thời gian được chỉ định hàng tuần cho tất cả học sinh tham gia. Các chương trình trong năm học 2023-24 bao gồm tạp chí văn học, kỷ yếu, lãnh đạo sinh viên, không gian sáng tạo, thiết kế kỹ thuật số, Ultimate Frisbee, cờ vua, acapella, studio nghệ thuật, Taekwondo, viết sáng tạo, trò chơi board, leo núi, đi bộ đường dài, bơi lội, v.v. Học sinh cũng có cơ hội thành lập câu lạc bộ hoặc lớp học trong thời gian này.

Do quy mô trường học nhỏ, Spring Street kết hợp với các trường công lập địa phương trên đảo để có cung cấp cho học sinh các cơ hội chơi thể thao đồng đội. Ngoài các đội thể thao địa phương, Spring Street còn có đội chèo thuyền và ném đĩa bay đỉnh cao của riêng mình.
